Terms and Conditions for Me Time Luxury

For service appointments, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service value.

For products, cancellations are accepted before the order has been processed or delivered. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for eligible unused and unopened products in their original condition and packaging, subject to Me Time Salon’s return policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or personal-care products may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable consumer law.
